SoCal Bike Expo at Central Park
Fri Oct 30 - Sun Nov 1 · Central Park, Santa Clarita
The SoCal Bike Expo rolls into Central Park Friday through Sunday, October 30 - November 1, bringing the valley its own cycling festival: bike vendors, demo rides, family activities, and plenty of local riding culture. It is a fantastic way to kick off the weekend before the Halloween chaos begins, and it pairs perfectly with a walk on the paseos while you are at the park.

Fri, Oct 30, 8 PM · Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center
Enternamente: A Día de los Muertos Spectacular lights up the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons on Friday, October 30 at 8 PM. This vibrant stage show celebrates the holiday with music, dance, and the traditions that make Día de los Muertos one of the valley's most heartfelt celebrations. It is the perfect grown-ups' kickoff to the weekend before the kids take over Halloween night.
Halloween Night: Neighborhood Trick-or-Treating
Sat, Oct 31 · Neighborhoods across the SCV
Saturday, October 31 is Halloween night, and Santa Clarita's neighborhoods know how to do it. Keep an eye out for the City's annual trick-or-treat map in the days leading up to the 31st, stick to well-lit streets, and check local community calendars for street-level festivities in Valencia, Saugus, Newhall, Canyon Country, and Stevenson Ranch. Halloween in the SCV is one of the friendliest nights of the year.
Fright Fest 2026: Final Weekend at Six Flags Magic Mountain
Select nights through Nov 1 · Six Flags Magic Mountain
For the older crowd, Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain runs its final weekend, with haunted mazes and scare zones on select nights through Sunday, November 1 and the family-friendly daytime Tricks and Treats continuing on the weekend. It is the last chance this season to catch the park in full spooky mode before it flips to Holiday in the Park at the end of November.
Pumpkin Patch Finales: Valencia Town Center & Gilchrist Farm
Final days through Oct 31 & Nov 1 · SCV
This is the final stretch for the season's big patches. The Valencia Town Center Pumpkin Patch stays open through October 31 for one last pumpkin pick and a Trick-or-Treat finale, while Gilchrist Farm's Harvest Festival up Bouquet Canyon Road wraps its October run with the Harvest Festival continuing November 1. If the kids still need their fall photo or a last hayride, this is the weekend.
City of Santa Clarita Día de los Muertos Celebration
Late October / early November · Canyon Country Community Center
The City's annual Día de los Muertos celebration at the Canyon Country Community Center returns this season with its Catrina parade, mariachi, Folklórico, face painting, and a community ofrenda. The celebration typically settles into a Saturday afternoon in late October, so watch the City's community calendar for the exact 2026 date and add it to your plans. It has become one of the most heartfelt gatherings on the SCV calendar.
