Our first responders are the backbone of Santa Clarita Valley — the deputies, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, and dispatchers who keep our families safe every single day. This page is our way of saying thank you and making sure our first responder community knows about the discounts, resources, and support organizations that exist for them and their families.

Most national first responder discounts require verification through ID.me — sign up for free, verify your first responder status once, then use it across hundreds of retailers and services.
Always Ask at the Register
Many local and national businesses offer first responder discounts but don't advertise them. A simple "Do you offer a first responder discount?" can save you real money — especially at locally owned businesses throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.
What You'll Need
Bring your department ID, badge, or a pay stub showing your agency. For online discounts, ID.me or similar verification is usually sufficient. Some retailers also accept a copy of your commission or certification.
