Sunset Hike at Vasquez Rocks
There is something magical about watching the sun dip below the San Gabriel Mountains from the top of the iconic Vasquez Rock formations. Pack a light blanket, some snacks, and a bottle of wine, and hike up to the main formation about an hour before sunset. The golden light on the ancient sandstone is spectacular, and the stars come out fast once the sun goes down. It is free, it is unforgettable, and it is a date that costs nothing but feels priceless.
Wine Tasting at Agua Dulce Winery
Just a short drive from the valley floor, Agua Dulce Winery offers a quiet, romantic wine tasting experience surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills. They offer wine flights, cheese boards, and a peaceful patio that feels a world away from city life. Their wine blending classes make for a fun interactive date.
Live Theater Night

The Gentle Barn Visit
Open Sundays in Santa Clarita. Hug a cow, pet a pig, and connect with rescued animals. It is unexpectedly romantic in the sweetest way possible.
Coffee & Walk in Old Town
Grab coffee from Honu Coffee or Everytable, then stroll Main Street Newhall. Pop into art galleries, antique shops, and enjoy the small-town vibe.
Farmers Market Date
The SCV Farmers Market at College of the Canyons on Saturdays or Old Town Newhall on Sundays. Pick out ingredients together and cook dinner as a team.
